Create a social atmosphere with our sharing feasts served in the center of your table. Choose from curated Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, or Italian-inspired spreads featuring a mix of hot and cold regional specialties. It is an indulgent and inclusive way to feast with your guests.

Handcrafted Canapés

Elevate your drinks reception with a selection of handcrafted meat, seafood, and vegetarian canapés. We offer a diverse range of savory and sweet bites designed to suit all dietary requirements. We typically recommend four to five pieces per guest for the perfect start to any celebration

B&R were our wedding caterers and they were absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Jacob was fantastic in the run-up to the day, making sure every detail was in order — from guests with allergies or specific dietary requirements, to carefully factoring in the surprise we had planned for our guests and working seamlessly with the other company involved to accommodate this.

The food itself was outstanding. The canapés were delicious and went down an absolute treat, and the main courses were truly divine. So many of our guests commented on how incredible the food was.

B&R were a genuine pleasure to work with, and every member of staff involved on the day was an absolute joy. Professional, friendly, and attentive throughout — we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much for helping make our day so special.

We cannot recommend B&R Dining highly enough — they were exceptional from start to finish.

From our very first tasting, we knew we were in safe hands. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour, making it incredibly difficult to choose because everything was so good. Throughout the planning process, Jacob was an absolute dream to work with — knowledgeable, calm, and incredibly supportive. He guided us through every detail, accommodated all of our requests with ease, and even helped us organise crockery, which made the whole process feel seamless and stress-free.

On the day itself, the B&R Dining team were flawless. Everything ran smoothly, the service was professional and warm, and the food tasted just as incredible as it did at the tastings — if not better. So many of our guests commented on how amazing the food was, and it has been one of the most talked-about parts of our wedding.

B&R Dining went above and beyond to make our day special, and we are so grateful for their care, flexibility, and attention to detail. If you’re looking for exceptional food and a team you can truly rely on, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We booked B&R as the caterer for our wedding at The Barn at Alswick and they were amazing from the off.

The food on our day was super important to us and we had sampled some bits and pieces at open days at the venue but we were chuffed to bits with what we had during our tasting session. We were also so impressed with the selection of choices, the freedom to be flexible and their amazing customer service.

The food and the service on our wedding day was amazing - we’ve received so many compliments.

We are so glad we put our trust in B&R to pull everything off and they did it so well.

Thank you so much, Jacob and everyone in the team - you really pulled out all the stops! 🥂🤍✨

We chose the BBQ feast for our wedding, and it was absolutely delicious — no guest left hungry, and everyone was raving about the food! The team were brilliant in accommodating our choice to have our cake as dessert and in preparing and presenting our evening pasty option perfectly. Jacob was outstanding throughout, with great communication before the day and seamless delivery from him and his team. Highly recommend for anyone who want delicious food and a care free big day.

We had B&R dining for a private function before our daughter's wedding, where B&R also catered. Both were exceptional experiences.
For the private dining the staff were all professional but also friendly and very respectful of being in our house. The food was served out in the garden and all was served hot and tasting fantastic. Our house was left exactly as they found it, which was vital as we had a wedding the next day.
The wedding was a much bigger event, 120 people, but B&R managed it very professionally with extremely nice and competent staff. The staff had to cope with quite a bit of chaos re the timings but they kept smiling and the food was still a triumph, especially a very high quality cut of beef.
Highly recommended.

B&R Dining was recommended to us by our wedding venue and we are SO glad we listened because they were absolutely fantastic! The chef took on board our feedback from the tasting and adjusted the dishes to suit our preferences, and Connor was super helpful and communicative in the lead up. We always felt like we were in safe hands, undoubtedly helped by their attitude towards dietary requirements - one of our guest was so impressed with the way their severe allergies were managed that they approached the kitchen and thanked the chef personally after the meal! Wedding food often gets a bad rep so it's lovely to hear people raving about ours. Thanks to everyone at B&R who contributed to making our day special.

Connor and the team were excellent from start to finish. From the amazing tasting session to personalising our menu, their communication and organisation gave us so much confidence in the lead-up to the wedding.

On the day, everything ran seamlessly, the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. The gluten-free desserts were incredible, and the team were incredibly diligent, especially with details and managing allergens. They even carefully measured portions for a child with diabetes, leaving mum really happy and confident that her child was well looked after — it was clear how much the team genuinely cares. The card they left for us was also a lovely personal touch.

Their professionalism, attentiveness, and personal care made such a difference, and we couldn’t recommend Connor and his team highly enough. We can’t wait to visit another pop-up soon!
