We are a bespoke wedding caterer working on a wide range of weddings: from small intimate dinners to beautiful weddings and from elegant canapé receptions. We've catered for hundreds of events across the East of England and we work with some of the best venues in the region.

Bio

 

B&R Dining was created by award winning Head Chef and Director, Pete McAleese, he is passionate about promoting and maintaining a vibrant, contemporary approach to food production and presentation. His respect for ingredients and the environment is evident throughout all his professional relationships - with suppliers, clients, and his team.

Pete possesses a raw talent that has originated from a background of eating and cooking beautiful food, sourced on his own Cambridgeshire doorstep. He’s been recognised by some of the regions food organisations, producers, and chefs and is a double winning salon Culinaire gold medal winner.
